MIUI 8 v6.6.23 Multilanguage ROM for Redmi 3

Does your Redmi 3 still have locked bootloader? You can use another custom build below which is based on MIUI 8 v6.6.17. This ROM is basically Fastboot ROM that you can flash it through Mi Flash tool. It even works on Redmi with locked bootloader.
