Well, this is a patch to fix that 4G LTE bug on Redmi 3 / Prime running MIUI 8. This package is hosted in our US-based server via direct hot link. How to use

  1. Download TWRP for Redmi 3 (IDO).
  2. Install TWRP v3 on Redmi 3.
  3. Root Redmi 3 using SuperSU.
  4. Download 4G LTE Fix for MIUI 8 patch file above.
  5. Flash it through TWRP recovery.

You should now see 4G LTE option appears back. Enjoy!
